Meet the Staff

Gerri Pelkowski -- Office Manager, Insurance Facilitator
Gerri has been the leader of our staff since, 1981. Her primary role is to oversee the office and to handle all insurance claims. If you have any insurance issues which you need to discuss, Gerri is your contact person at my office. On occasion, you may find yourself speaking with her as she may help the scheduling staff whenever she is needed.

Lynne Bush -- Front Desk Scheduling Co-ordinator
Lynne has been with our staff since 1983. Lynne is primarily responsible for scheduling and confirming your appointments. She may also help you with some dental insurance questions which you may have.

Carol Ogden -- Periodontal Assistant
Carol has been with us since 2003. Carol is the individual who works with me when I examine and treat my patients. She will also be available to take x-rays as needed.

Vicki Upperman -- Periodontal Hygienist
Vicki has been with our staff since 1998. As a periodontal hygienist, she will also do cleanings, root planings, remove dressings, take x-rays and provide oral hygiene instructions.

Shannon Neavins -- Front Desk Scheduling
Shannon started with us in 2005 and is primarily involved with the scheduling of your individual needs. She will also be taking x-rays as well as assisting me when she is needed.

Denise Keppel -- Front Desk Scheduling
Denise is the front desk receptionist / scheduling person at our Warren practice. She has been working with us at Warren since 1997.
